i appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, it ran every 20 minutes. the hotel's proximity to the citygate outlet mall made shopping easy. i found a large supermarket in the mall for souvenirs. the free airport shuttle was punctual.
the air conditioning was a bit too strong, even on the lowest setting.

the hotel offers a convenient free shuttle to the airport. it is connected to citygate outlets, offering shopping and dining options. the tung chung line is easily accessible, connecting to the city. the gym has ample space with good equipment and a nice pool.
the air conditioning in my room did not provide heat. the room was quite cold when i arrived. i contacted reception and they brought a broken electric heater.

The location is convenient near the airport and connected to the shopping mall. I found the free airport shuttle very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the beds felt comfortable. The hotel's proximity to the MTR station made exploring easy!

I found the dehumidifier in the room rather bothersome. it had to run constantly due to the persistent humidity. also, locating electrical outlets proved difficult. The room only offered three, and adapters were an extra charge if needed. i would have preferred more convenient charging options without extra costs. This detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel provided a free shuttle bus, and this service made airport transfers easy. The staff sent a message beforehand to confirm awareness of the free shuttle option. the hotel is linked directly to Citygate Outlets, so shopping was very convenient. This is great! The bedding was clean, and the room was tidy. The bathroom was spacious and fully stocked with standard amenities.
The room slipper was uncomfortably thin, i wish they would improve this aspect.
